The mind is quite an intriguing concept that we tend to take for granted. Many of us do not even realize what the mind has to offer. If we google the definition of the word “mind” on google, it defines as: the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought.”as the thoughts ran through his mind, he came to a conclusion”. What if I were to tell you that you can have your mind lead you to a positive outcome? I’m sure everyone has gone through the phase in their lives where things aren’t going the way you want it to go. This is completely normal to feel that way. There is nothing wrong with processing this information in that sense. Although I do have to say that you shouldn’t channel negative thoughts in your mind- it eventually attract negativity in your life that will weaken you. Try to attract positive thoughts within your mind and even go to the depth of telling yourself every morning, “I am a positive person. I may have gone through some obstacles, but I will not allow that to define me and ruin my day.” Just by uttering those sentences to yourself every morning can lead you to a better day and perhaps pull you ahead in life. The more you do this, the more likely your subconscious will accept that and designate this affirmation as your ultimate truth. In essence, updating the program in your mind to something greater for yourself. In case you don’t quite understand on what the subconscious mind is defined as a part of the mind that is not fully aware but has the power to influence your ultimate decision making and lifestyle. Our minds are quite complex, and much more studies are needed to fully fathom the capabilities and potential of the direction we as individuals choose to take based on our state of mind. As a human being, I urge you to never think less of yourself and instead realize that sometimes bad things happen and that you in lieu should choose to look for the positive aspect and view it more as a learning experience that will improve your character. Seek for that silver lining to everything you go through in life. If you have a difficult time locating a silver lining to your situation perhaps ask someone you trust and gain their perspective. You may just be mentally drained and are overlooking the answers right in front of you. Never think that you’re too good to ask for perspective. Learning from others is never a negative factor to life. In fact, you’ll learn to provide your input in an effective manner by listening to another person providing their point of view.
